Returns:
We want you to love your PureZap 3000™. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused or in like-new condition.

  • Must include all original packaging and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase is required (your order number is sufficient).

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
